By accessing, registering, or using SkillsPassport, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This agreement is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000and rules there under as applicable.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

In accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, you must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and form a binding contract. By using SkillsPassport, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your profile information, including resumes and public links, do not contain highly sensitive or classified data.
• SkillsPassport reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

SkillsPassport provides a digital profile showcase and AI-powered playground/quests based on user skills. By using our assessment features, you acknowledge that:

Your Content: You retain all rights to the resumes, portfolios, and personal data you upload. However, by uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display this content to provide our services (e.g., generating public profile links).

Our Content: The SkillsPassport platform, including its source code, databases, functionality, software, UI designs, and AI generation logic, are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of India.

As a user of the platform, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content to compile a database or directory without written permission.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in attempts to cheat on AI assessments or manipulate scores.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the platform or the networks connected to the platform.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the platform designed to prevent or restrict access to the platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, SkillsPassport and its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the platform (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. SkillsPassport and yourself irrevocably consent that the competent courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

We may update or change our Terms from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
